Product Introduction
Full package fluorine O-ring series - mainly a all-weather sealing product with rubber O-rings. This sealing product is made of FEP and PFA special high-temperature resistant fluoroplastics and rubber, combined by a special process. It has the high compression permanent deformation performance of rubber O-rings, as well as the unique characteristics of fluoroplastics such as heat resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, strong acid and alkali chemical corrosion resistance, and various chemical corrosion. It can be widely used in various dynamic and static sealing scenarios, and can replace all traditional rubber O-ring seals.
Product Features
Strong chemical corrosion resistance. Except for molten alkali metals and some fluorine-containing compounds that can interact with them, they are highly corrosive to other acids, bases, alcohols, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, degreasers, oils, and fats;
Can be used normally within the temperature range of -60 ℃ to+220 ℃ (the use temperature varies depending on the material of the elastic core and the fluorine coated material);
Can be applied to fields with extremely high hygiene requirements such as food, medicine, and medicine;
Has physiological inertia, bactericidal, and disinfecting effects;
Has low frictional resistance, non adhesive and creep effects;
The inner core has good elasticity, greatly improving the sealing effect of the O-ring;
Widely used in aerospace, automotive industry, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, medical equipment, food industry, biotechnology, purified water, machinery industry, sewage treatment and other fields.
