Fluorosilicone rubber is a material made by mixing fluoroelastomer (FKM) and organosilicon. Its mechanical and physical properties are similar to VMQ, but FVMQ provides better resistance to fuel and mineral oil. With excellent heat and cold resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, and the advantages of both fluorine and silicon. Make it perform well in the aerospace industry, especially considering its tolerance to jet fuel.
Temperature range:
-60℃~200℃
Material advantages:
Superior resistance to extremely high and low temperatures;
Superior compression permanent deformability;
Clean, low odor, and odorless.
Insufficient material:
Due to its low tear resistance, low wear resistance, and high friction coefficient, fluorosilicone rubber is only recommended for static seals.
